Natalie Bennett is the Chief Executive Officer of VM Pensions Management Limited (VMPM), where she is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and delivering superior value to its clients.

Appointed to the role of CEO in September 2023, Natalie brings a deep and holistic understanding of the pensions landscape to her leadership. Her journey with VMPM began in October 2015 when she joined as Manager – Risk & Compliance, a role in which she was instrumental in strengthening the company’s governance and internal control frameworks.

With over two decades of experience in the pensions industry, Natalie’s expertise is both broad and substantive. Prior to joining the VM Group, she held key positions at The Financial Services Commission (FSC) and Sagicor Life Jamaica, giving her a unique perspective from both regulatory and operational standpoints.

An exceptional and goal-oriented leader, Ms. Bennett holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies.
