Michelle is a Results Focused professional, dedicated to the VM Pensions focus on transforming lives. She oversees the administration of all plans, including membership enrolment and updates, benefit payments, processing of pension payroll and reporting to Regulators.

Michelle has more than 8 years of pensions management experience and previously held the roles of Group Insurance Manager, as well as Billing and Receivables Manager at Guardian Life Limited. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Mona School of Business as well as a BSc in Management Studies and Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
