Ms. Burton oversees the identification and quantifying of major risk items and fostering of a sound risk culture at VM Pensions Management. She also has the responsibility of developing risk management strategies and procedures as well as ensuring that the business remains compliant with the relevant regulatory bodies. 

She has over three years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance and holds a BSc. from the University of the West Indies (UWI) in Actuarial Science.

Ms. Burton has completed a professional exam (Exam Probability) with the Society of Actuaries and will further strengthen her risk knowledge by pursuing a MSc. in Enterprise Risk Management at UWI in September 2023. Her professional experience also includes Quality Assurance and Real Estate Settlement.
