Anthony joined the VM Pensions Management Team in January 2025 as the Manager of Pensions Administration. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of pension plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and acting as the primary contact for employers, plan members, trustees, and other stakeholders regarding pension eligibility and other administrative concerns. 

Anthony has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in technical areas such as Actuarial Analysis, Compliance, Pension Administration, Business Analysis, and Fund Administration. (including Collective Investment Schemes and Pooled Pension Investment Funds). 

He previously served as a Manager of Fund Administration at Barita Investments Limited. Before that, he worked with various organisations, including Employee Benefits Administrator Limited (a subsidiary of Sagicor Group), Proven Fund Managers Limited, Guardian Life Limited, and GK Capital Management Limited. 

Mr. Davis earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the West Indies (Mona). He also completed certification in Project Management from the Mona School of Business and Management, as well as in Securities and Portfolio Management from Fitz Ritson and Associates, a professional training institute accredited by the University Council of Jamaica.
