Lisa Bell is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector.  Her expertise includes investment promotion, development finance, business enterprise management, project management, corporate governance and stakeholder relationship management. 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from the University of Miami, Florida.  

Credited as a strong leader, talented in developing partnerships, overseeing personnel and developing tactical plans to meet strategic goals, Mrs. Bell has gained accolades at the national, regional and international levels for her work across several private and public sector bodies.  Most recently, she served as Managing Director at the National Export-Import Bank of Jamaica (EXIM Bank), and previously, in different capacities at Jamaica Promotions Corporations Corporation (JAMPRO), Alpha Financial Services, VM Investments Limited, among other entities.  

Throughout her career, she has served on various boards and oversight committees.

She is currently the Chairman of Jamaica Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited and lends her expertise as a member of the Jamaica Tourism Linkages Committee and the Jamaica Stock Exchange Best Practices Committee.
